The yoga classes were amazing ! was a one-of-a-kind experience that I would love to repeat, even with my generic clumsiness getting in the way. The instructor was so helpful in explaining the best ways to be comfortable while participating, or spotting you if you need help, or finding a way to do the moves that work for you. And honestly, laying while rocking back and forth in the silk during the "cool down" is just so calming and relaxing - I'd almost pay for that experience alone!
