My husband and I planned our trip from MN to see Dr. Doug months ago. I’ve had breathing issues out both sides of my nose, especially on the right. My husband and I both have some Thoracic Outlet symptoms we’ve been dealing with as well.
Dr. Doug spent 90 minutes with us. He explained everything he was doing and why. He also gave us exercises to do for home care.
My husband has feeling in his left thumb again, and I can breathe out both sides of my nose. We’ve already recommended several people to see him. We will be back next time we have a trip to NY. Thank you to the whole staff for making the process so easy.

After CFR I feel so much better. I did 2 rounds at a time and I'm definitely planning to have it on the following visits. I have an improvement but it feels like there is still more can be done.

I travelled from Philadelphia specifically to see him and I'm definitely planning to visit him in future.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Doug! He got us in quickly for an appointment, which was such a relief given our dog Bailey's extreme spinal issues. Dr. Doug was incredibly nurturing and took extra care to make sure Bailey was comfortable throughout the visit. After just one session, we noticed Bailey looking more solid on his feet once we got home, which was so encouraging and can’t wait to see how that improves within the next few days. Highly recommend!

Everything about this experience was 5 star! It was easy to make an appointment, Ruth, Dr. Doug’s assistant, was kind and very helpful. This was our first visit. Dr Willen and his staff were very warm and welcoming. It was really incredible to see how in tune he was with Chopper and how at peace Chopper was with him. Dr Willen is an expert at his craft but is kind and patient and also understanding with animals. It was truly a great experience. You can tell from the picture afterwards Chopper was very relaxed and comfortable Will be going back.

Dr. Doug & his staff were amazing! I was treated by his staff in person & digitally. He was very thorough about what my dog needed. He also was very gentle with her and if it was too much pain he wouldn’t continue. The staff makes it very convenient to contact them Wether it’s on the phone or text message which I love. Dr. Doug is incredible. Highly personable and fantastic with animals. We’ve taken our 10 year old yorkie to him a few times and the pain relief is instant. Highly recommend and wish there were more people doing what Doug does!
