I don’t recall the very first time I heard Paris speak, but I remember that she was inspiring and straight forward. I’ve been a Paris Groupie officially since 2016. The focus is on the whole being, not just one or the other aspect like weight loss. She genuinely takes a personal interest in you and your journey. No question or topic is taboo. If she’s not familiar with something she will research it, and she knows that things change – so she always is learning.
I am part of her 1:1 coaching and weekly support groups, both provide me with a safe place and supportive environment to discuss my wellness journey. Paris and her team – Sally and Marlene are awesome and I thank my lucky stars that they are part of my world.
