Due to a stressful unhealthy relationship with my job, I was experiencing panic attacks, severe neck and shoulder pain, and could not sleep. AOM has been a real transformation for me. When I started, I was feeling hopeless and my life was not moving at all! I knew I needed help. Over the last few years I've done traditional therapy, energy healing work, hypnotherapy, basically anything to get myself living the life I want. I reached out to Sterling when I felt completely stuck in life.
