I love this cross fit gym! I am a new member for about a month now and I look forward to going each time for my scheduled classes. The owner, Coach Ro is always friendly, always willing to help her clients learn the different exercises and movements for the workout scheduled. Also, I have to say I feel comfortable at this gym because the owner and other coaches and members are so friendly and it is a very easygoing atmosphere with a very social group of friendly members. They even offer a kids cross for class ! My daughter is trying that and how awesome to have something for kids!

I started attending small group functional training classes at Get Fit EGV | CrossFit Elk Grove Village to stay active with some friends while our kids were at their own class. It had been many years since I was in any gym so I was a bit nervous and clueless at first. Coach Ro was patient and encouraging while helping me modify the movements to what I could do without making me feel bad that I was at different levels. She was able to play to my strengths so that I could see my potential and feel accomplished each week. All of the members that I have taken classes with have been supportive and fun to be around. I really enjoy the special workout that she has throughout the year that are themed around the season.

Coach Ro runs a nice private gym right here in EGV where you are guaranteed a good workout at a good price with lots of personal attention. Whether it be personal training or small group class, any age or fitness level will receive a customized functional, well-rounded workout and you will feel great every time you leave.
