I've been following this page and videos on Instagram and I finally decided to book the Japanese head and scalp massage for 60 minutes. The booking experience was easy and when I arrived we started promptly. We did the scalp analysis before with the camera and I told her my problems with build up and sometimes itchy scalp. The room was clean and relaxing and she told me everything that was going to happen. I could do this all day! The massages are so soothing and all the tools used feel like they are deep cleaning in a satisfying way. The products smell amazing and are sulfate free, it all ended with a steamer and also some yummy smelling spray. After she did a light blow dry to show me the after closeup of my scalp. What a huge difference it made! The experience is just such a relaxing treat for me. I hope to come back in a couple of months. Thank you for taking care of me! And if you're wondering is this service is worth it, I would say you have to try it at least once in your life.

I have had 3 sessions at Pure Wellness and each time gets better and better! All of the ladies are very knowledgeable and nice. Bacari is my aesthetician and I love her she is very thorough and my results are showing very fast. The studio is beautiful and I always look forward to spending time with these ladies!

I had such an amazing spa experience here. It’s the perfect gift to Give a special woman in your life. I have never had a Japanese head spa treatment in my life, and I Never knew what I was missing out on. I called around a few places, cause I wanted to do it with other friends and no one Had three chairs available at the same time except for this location. Most peaceful and relaxing experience I’ve ever had And my hair has felt so much healthier since

I loved both of the treatments I have received. The staff is educated and probably explains everything to you. Also wondering how the negative reviews expect wine/champagne during scalp treatments while laying down? Anyway, love this place for my self care days 🙂

I set up a couples Japanese head spa with my boyfriend for 60 minutes. It was honestly not worth the price. It was a pretty simple head washing with a little bit of a massage. The water she used was drained in to a bucket so it seems the place isn’t fully set up for this service. There were points where there were long pauses between activity. Since I focused on hair thinning I did see a little bit more blood flow in one area. One of the ladies recorded most of the session focusing on my boyfriend. She was offering discounts through social media for videos of couples head spas but apparently my date didn’t count. She was also running October/Halloween specials but somehow I didn’t qualify for that either.

All in all, for the price, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had my first appointment today and from walking in to check out, the professionalism was on point. I purchased the 90-100 min head spa for $175.00. I have to say the service was not all what I expected. My head was barely being touched and not much of a massage. I was not offered the wine or any water. The girl was sweet but I don’t recommend this for $175.00

I came in very hopeful and I am so glad and 100% satisfied with the Japanese head spa! My scalp was so dry from my psoriasis and after just one session my head and scalp feel so moisturized and hydrated! I am so excited for my next treatment. Thank you so much! I even cried mid session cause I had feeling in my scalp again something I hadn’t felt in years cause of my psoriasis. I recommend this service

I went in for the Japanese head spa and it was way more than I expected. The service was not only relaxing, but was so beneficial to my scalp, it felt so clean, and I loved all of the different tools and the whole process as well. I would add this as a monthly treatment to keep my scalp healthy. 10/10 Aside from the service, the spa was clean and calming, and the employees professional.
