I absolutely love this gym! I have a toddler who is pretty attached to me and doesn't like many other people, but she LOVES the childcare here! She runs right in and is always having fun when I pick her up! That gives me time to work out without worrying about it she is having a good time or not! I am so grateful for this gym!!

Family Wellness is like my second home—if my home had top-notch equipment, awesome classes, and people who actually motivate me to work out! The place is so clean, I almost feel guilty sweating on the machines. The staff? They're like personal cheerleaders who don’t charge extra. If you’re looking for a gym that’s as fun as it is effective, this is it. Five stars, and I’d give it six if they added a post-workout snack bar!

My husband has had 2 hip replacements within a year, with his physical therapy twice a week, he is on way to recovery quicker than anticipated. I credit this place as well as his hard work in getting him back to work.

We have since moved away but were members at this facility for 3 years and not a single complaint. Everything is top notch from the facility, equipment, pool/saunas, cleanliness and especially childcare! Loved that I could workout and know my kids were in great hands. We miss Family Wellness! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Best gym I've ever been to! It has everything for the perfect workout! Equipment is awesome, towels are provided. Stuff is super friendly (even if you are a foreigner who speaks broken English). Micro-climate in the building is well balanced. Except for gym there is a pretty big pool, small pool for the children, hot tub, sauna room, steam room. Those, who love cardio training, would find this gym perfect as it has a lot of cardio equipment, cycling room, track for the running at the second level. Coffee is for free at the lobby.

My only complaints are
1. I wish it had 1-2 more free weight squat racks, and bench press racks (since writing this they did add 1 bench press station). Sometimes you have to wait a while to get on them.

2. The towels they have aren't long enough to wrap around me.

Overall I enjoy my membership here. We have a family membership and also use the monthly childcare so we can bring the kids in while we work out. It oldest (2.5 yrs) loves it there. The youngest(1 yrs) sometimes has a rough time but he does it places as well.

The facility is kept clean.

They have disposable wipes for cleaning off machines. There are many treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, bicycles, Free weights, semifree weights, many weight machines, a track, pool, zero depth pool, hot tub, dry sauna, mens, women's and family locker rooms.
