I had a wonderful experience with Laura's coaching. Laura has always been very professional but also very authentic as well. I was not so sure what it was like before joining her coaching sessions but she helped me explore myself, name my emotions and gain more clarity for my goals. I remember so vividly that in my first session, I was not even able to be authentic and I kept talking about work and professional life. Through a bit of meditation and lots of visualisation, Laura helped bring the authenticity in me and for the second sessions, I was able to reflect a lot on my first session and become more vulnerable and authentic to tweak my goals. Believe me or not, two months later it all happened the way I wanted in my personal life.
