I have been attending the Elevate Your Life classes since around April 2019. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Going along to the first class on my own was quite nerve racking for me. But it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Each week I learn something new and how to apply it to my life. And I feel so much better with work & home life.

I also had a one to one session and that was fantastic. Gordon creates a safe environment to discuss any issues and I felt confident that he had my best interest at heart. After my follow up session I honestly feel like a new me. And I’ve got the tools to keep working on myself.
