Jennifer is everything you'd want in a life coach. She made me feel heard, supported, and her outgoing personality made the sessions fun and easy to connect with her. I immediately felt comfortable and as she continued to coach me in our virtual sessions, I quickly opened up more about my personal struggles. At every step of the way Jennifer guided me to solutions and helped me see the root of what was holding me back from accomplishing my goals. As we worked through my fears and other issues, I began to learn new strategies and developed a new mindset to help me move forward with better approaches. I recently had my initial discovery session with Jen and was pleasantly surprised at what I took away from our discussion. I was a little nervous - I don't focus on myself too often, let alone talk about myself for an hour - but Jen put me right at ease.
