I met John a few years ago. During that time, my dad had recently passed away. I was depressed and had many regrets. I woke up every day wondering if my life was over: no vision, no plan, no growth, no learning. We began by taking the CliftonStrengths assessment and discovered that learning is one of my greatest strengths. He was very impressed with my high level of self-awareness. You are in the driver’s seat during our sessions.”

After taking a break and doing some soul-searching, I discovered having a creative outlet in addition to learning is vital to my fulfillment. I told John I would publish a book, and I did. I came prepared to discuss my progress every week and our next steps. John supported me the whole way.
