My hypnosis with Jeremy has had a profound impact on my mental health & well-being. I’ve struggled with anxiety my entire life, and even though I’d done a lot of work in talk therapy and through other modalities I was still hitting a wall with my frequent panic attacks. I had 3 sessions with Jeremy, all of which he was incredibly engaged, receptive and soothing. I’m so happy to have tried a hypnosis session with Jeremy, it was a very positive experience. I had never gone to hypnosis before but was open to the idea having dabbled a little in meditation. I went to see Jeremy for a Past Life Regression Hypnosis Session after I googled a few places - I read positive reviews and thought he looked like a nice guy so I booked it! 🙂 I had never been hypnotized before but have been curious after reading more about it, and was hoping for positive results. Jeremy made me feel very comfortable and he was able to easily guide me by asking great questions that prompted me to help understand what I was feeling & experiencing during the session. I liked it so much I booked another hypnosis session for an Interlife Regression! I had the same great results, and after the fact have felt very at peace about everything I felt during the sessions. I can't say enough good things about Jeremy! I scheduled a session with him in the hope of distressing from a very hectic workload, but achieved much more instead.
I never believed or tried hypnosis so to be honest I was quite skeptical about this whole process but I found myself in a place of complete relaxation in no time. This session made me realize that I need to listen to myself more and focus on the good things that surround me. Jeremy helped me look at things differently. I highly recommend him!
