Beautiful place. Just didn’t work for me. I got Botox in my forehead. I said ahead of time that I’d gotten 20 units from another place and it didn’t seem like enough. I was given 15 here. I figured they knew better so I went with it. Went back for the two week checkup and was given another two units. This process started mid August and my forehead looks like I had no Botox at all now. Yes, I reached out. Sent a picture and was told I might need more. Felt like a money grab. Just really disappointing.

Their GUARENTEE means nothing! "We guarantee 90-100% hair loss from only 4 treatments..." I had 2 treatments and zero results. The Guarentee didn't mean they would return your money. I bought a package and hadn't used $500 of it and I was told "Absolutely not!" when I asked for the $500 to be returned after the owner told me "this is your last warning, I will not tolerate rudness to my staff!" There was zero warnings before that and I cannot think of one time I was rude. I was just freaked out that it wasn't working. After she texted that, I felt unsafe and honestly scared to expose private areas in their office, and I felt threatened. This was the owner. The way she acted made me worried she'd just come in the room. I bought a package of procedures. I wasn't asking for a refund on their useless treatments. I just wanted the rest of my unused package money returned. $500! She said it wasn't my money. I have since used another business and the hair loss is amazing. I have decided that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. And a small claims lawyer. They should not be allowed to do this to people seeking a service that fails.
