Custom Body Fitness is the best gym I have found. I used to go to different gyms on my own and it wasn't that fun, it's a place where you feel confident with the training, because they have great trainers who help you and correct you if you are doing it wrong. I'm just working-out over a month and I've seen results in a short time, I can't wait to achieve my goal! All the people I have met at the gym are focused on training, they are all friendly and good. I would recommend this place to anyone, I love it.

Attending this gym has and is helping me grow in ways I didn't previously think I could.
Its different weekly routines give little room for thought and nerves and more room for action and growth. The trainers are very approachable and motivational, always pushing you towards your best self, both inside the gym and outside. My personal favorite aspect of this program is the bi-monthly assessments. You get on paper, graphed results of your efforts with one on one advise and feedback on daily health and fitness.
I have become much more motivated and happy in my day to day life, and it all started here at Custom Body Fitness.
I would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthier, more confident lifestyle.

Custom Body Fitness is the best! I finally found a gym that checks off all of the boxes for me.
#1 Hard workout that delivers results - I’ve lost 6% body fat in the 3 months that I’ve been there!
#2 Fun atmosphere - I always look forward to going to the class. Everyone there is encouraging and they play a variety of songs to keep you going.
#3 Awesome trainers - Sandro and Christian are the best. They’re motivating and always help me with my form when it’s not up to par.
If you’re looking for a gym and a workout that delivers results, I highly suggest checking them out!

I like everything everything about this place. I like how everyone is focused on their exercise doesn’t matter the expertise of the person. They help you be motivated and support you in your exercise. I lost 6 pounds in the first months and gained a lot of energy to play with my kids. I have become more discipline and feel more positive. The trainer are professional and they pay attention to detail and they are motivating.

I've lost 10 pounds over 6 weeks of being with. It is not just due to exercise, but rather an awareness of how diet, exercise and lifestyle all work together. Sandro does a great job af making all of these things a priority for his clients. The workouts are as hard as you want them to be, and the people you work out with are all there for the same reasons. This makes showing up each day fun and worthwhile. Sandro and his crew keep you motivated, as well as pushing you to a elevated level.
I am really happy with how CBF is helping me with getting back in shape physically, as well as making me become more aware of how diet plays such an important part in everything. I've never worked out in this type of scenario before, but so far I am really impressed and pleased.
