I learned so much and felt so much in this setting. So good to really slow down and reflect again and again on what was going on in my mind and heart. I would like to have had the option to travel to other parts of the country after 4 days. 6 days was a little long for me. But the facilitators were very good! Lindsay is my kind of yoga instructor, I never got bored and felt so good, emotionally and physically. LuAnn and Cristal were also so good at what they did! I would recommend Awakened Wellness!

Lindsay's gorgeous Costa Rican retreat left me more rejuvenated and connected to myself than I ever could have imagined. Although the entire trip feels like a highlight, the top moments were morning yoga, group reflections, surfing lessons and hiking with our natural guide, Theo. I walked away feeling so moved by nature and by the incredible people I met. The Nourished by Nature retreat will be a lifelong gift in my life - as is our magical friend, Lindsay!

Lindsay is the best in the business. I have now gone on two retreats with her to Costa Rica, and they have both been magical and life changing in so many ways. They were each different as well because Lindsay takes the time to really ask for feedback after each trip and make the best accommodations for her guests. You leave feeling like you have met an entirely new family. Lindsay goes above and beyond to cater each experience to each group and plan the most amazing excursions. Everything is taken care of - you never feel alone or left with questions because she is quick to help and provide solutions. No one is better with the details. Nothing is left in question. You will instantly feel comfortable with Lindsay and walk away from your retreat with a new perspective on life. I will be booking again!

Lindsay is the safest space you could be when it comes to needed and desiring a safe space just to be. To appreciate the beauty of this soul and spirit you must experience I to understand why words on a review will never be enough. I had never been on a retreat before and wasn't sure what to expect. Nourished by Nature with Lindsay FAR exceeded any expectations I could have had. Lindsay is very skilled in her field and her passion for healing radiates from her in everything she does. She does a great job of encouraging folks to lean in without pushing too hard and allowing space for people take time when they need it. There was a great balance of activity and downtime, as well as many opportunities to feel immersed in nature. This retreat was the perfect reset. I highly recommend working with Lindsay if you have the opportunity.

Lindsay is a one of a kind person with a warmth and light that is rare in most people. If you are unsure about one of her retreats or other services just go ahead and do it. I wasn’t sure how I would feel about it but I found her retreat in Costa Rice to be a magical week that helped me take the time I needed to move beyond severe burnout. I will happily attend her future offerings!
