Excellent service from start to finish. I had Brian come out for a quote and he also recommended some options that would suit our house and style.

After we enquired about ordering we were told there was a 5 month wait from manufacturers. However the office staff advised they would price match the door from another supplier, I was pleasantly surprised!

8 weeks down the line and my door was fitted, Brian and his team were brilliant and took care of my property. Really pleased with the result, will use them again in future when we decide to replace our windows.

We had a composite door design that we really wanted that other companies couldn't match. 1 email over with rough dimensions and an hour later we were told it can be done and for the rough price point we were expecting to hear.

Joiner was booked to confirm measurements and prices. We were given a slight design tweek suggestion to make the door stronger which was not pushed on us which was appreciated.

Order placed, told 6-8weeks for manufacture then we could get booked in. Week 8 the door arrived and installed.

The same joiner that surveyed the door was out to fit it. They took care of our home, no mess left behind ( dust sheets used, hoovered when they were done, porch swept! Considering the door was floor to ceiling and 2.1m wide, there was no damage to the surrounding walls.

The fit and finish was spot on, the time and care taken in the fitting really shows.
