My partner and I recently tried a couple’s float tank session, and it was an amazing experience for both of us. From the moment we arrived, the wellness center had a peaceful and welcoming vibe, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and fully understood the process.

Sharing the float experience together was incredibly relaxing. The feeling of weightlessness and the quiet environment allowed us to disconnect from everything and simply focus on being in the moment. We both emerged feeling completely refreshed, with a sense of calm and connection that carried on long after the session.

It was a unique and wonderful way to relax as a couple, and we’re already planning to come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect.

I was just reflecting on the AHHHHMAZING float experience I had today so thought I should also put up a review. This place is beyond. I first started taking my daughter for the hyperbaric oxygen due to a neurological/autoimme disorder she has, but thought I’d try out a few things myself. I might be alone here but the flotation tank was the absolute bomb. If a spa is your thing, they have blue tooth access so you can use your time as you please. And the hyperbaric oxygen tank is so comfortable to use - can read a book, scroll your phone, do your work emails, etc etc. BUT their greatest asset on top of the stellar facilities is the service. Issy, the manager is so kind. The girls that work there are so glorious and obviously hand picked for their greatness (I asked the manager if this was true and she said yes 🤩. I mean, I can’t claim too much intuition, they are all so so divine). Cannot recommend this place enough. I would go for 3 hours a day if I could. And if you can, you should. Because you’re worth it. And they’ll make sure you feel every bit of that worthiness xx

After a particularly tough week I decided to let it all go with a hyperbaric oxygen therapy session followed by a sweat in the sauna and finishing with a float. So good for the mind and soul. Amazing facility with even better service, Issy and her team really make you feel welcome and are very knowledgeable about all things recovery science. Regularly use the hyperbaric chamber followed by a sauna, great for my physical and mental well being.

Loved it. Staff was nice and friendly, gave me a tour of the venue while waiting for the IR Sauna to be free and was really impressed✅ The centre was very clean and tidy, gives you a high quality for the top athlete vibe but anyone can come here✅ The saunas were spacious, private and comfortable✅ showers were great, very convenient for those doing the hot and cold spells✅ Will definitely come back here when I have the chance. Would love to try out the other treatments they offer as well. Thanks Team!
