Das Appartement selbst war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die defekte Spülmaschine war etwas ärgerlich, aber BOB hat uns eine angemessene Entschädigung dafür gegeben.
Schade nur, dass der Frühstücksgutschein nicht in der Nahe des Appartements eingelöst werden konnte und einen 20 Minuten Fußmarsch erforderte.

Lovely apartment in the middle of Oslo, 30 second walk to the bus into the middle of town. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was well equipped, with plenty of room.

This is our first time staying here after seeing it on Instagram, definitely a fun place to book. Very easy to find, the guys are great at giving directions and keeping in touch, everything was perfect. The apartment itself is wonderful, very clean and modern. They had a little tea/Coffee tray set up with a few tea bags, sugar in it and some coffee, would have liked a little cream or milk also. Bathroom is super clean and has a washing machine in it which is handy for freshening up clothes after snowy days out. They left a few towels but would definitely like to have 2 larger towels each as well as 2 hand towels each (girls needs towels for their hair guys lol) Perfect location near to a few shops, restaurants and underground train station. Our only dislike was the smell of the drains when you come into the building, not very nice but they guys do warn you about it with a notice on the wall. Everything else was perfect, will definitely use Bob W again.

Nice, reasonably priced apartment within walking or public transport to many of the museums and sites. It's a bit less expensive than the Bob W in the historic city center. The neighborhood seemed ok but I had my radar up.
The apartment and building seem recently renovated. The interior is very nice. It was a great place to stay while visiting the city. Everthing worked well.
The stairwell and halls had a VERY strong odor of rotting garbage from the restaurant on the first floor of the building. The smell permeated the entryway to the apartment (on the 4th floor) but did not reach the bedrooms, kitchen or living room. I don't know where the linens are stored, but I noticed a bit of the smell present on my bathroom towel.
The aparment bedrooms are big enough for the bed, the shelving and closet and not much else. The medium sized bathroom was clean, modern and also contained a clothes washer that we used as a countertop. Everything worked.
The large living area is very nice with large windows to watch the street activty.
The kitchen was well equipped with plates, cups, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, etc...
Overall, I would not stay here again until they get the smell issue resolved.

Fantastisch appartement op een top locatie. Loopafstand van station en twee goede supermarkten nabij, waarvan 1 aan de overkant van de straat.

Clean, modern and well-maintained apartment. Beds were super comfy and the shower was great. Being able to take polaroids with the Instax camera is a lovely added touch. Kudos to the Bob W team for the great customer service experience!

L'apartament per 4 persones te el tamany ideal perquè tots ens trobem a gust. Molt net, decoració funcional . La ubicació no és lluny del centre. Hi ha supermercats a prop. Ideal per passar-hi uns dies. Nomes afegiria que estaria be tenir les instruccions dels aparells electrònics ni que fos en codi QR per poder saber com funcionen correctament. Però molt contents de la qualitat d'aquests apartaments
