The staff in this office are wonderful. We had an issue with insurance and they let us know the day before we showed up to our appointment. They are more than willing to work with their patients and accommodate as they can. They are understanding and gentle. I went to this office when I was little and now I take my son here. Dr. Case and his wife Nancy are great.

I have only taken my kids to one other pediatrician that was (my Dr when I was little.) Dr. Case was my cousin's Dr when they were kids so I knew already he was a good Dr when my Dr retired I had no problem switching them to Dr. Case. He is the only Dr my kids will see! I have never had a misdiagnosed from him and he is always kind especially when this mom is the kinda mom who brings her kids to the Dr's if they have a scratch ‍♀️. He always answers questions and takes his time with his patients. My kids love him! And Nancy she is so gentle when she has to help with the kids. She is normally the one who calms me down when the kid are hurt ( when the kid hurt you as a parent hurt.) The girls at the front desk are nice as well, I am never given an attitude by them.

Excellent doctor very caring extremely knowledgeable and very good with kids ! He’s always there for any questions that you have and he actually calls you and talks to you himself, which every doctor I have had has never done that .. you could tell that he really cares about what he does and he is very good at it . The staff is also amazing they are so friendly and anytime I call they always try to answer my questions quickly or get me in to see the doctor for my children when they are sick .... and Nancy is the best she is always there to answer my questions and she is extremely knowledgeable very friendly ! Thank you Dr. Case and staff you guys are always there for me and my children when we need it thank you !

Dr. Case was my doctor when I was a child. Now I have the pleasure of having him care for my son. Dr. Case has always been thorough and great with his care. Great bedside manner and the ladies at the front desk are always kind to my little family.

I never leave reviews on any business, but I had to, as this clinic has some of the most disrespectful staff I've ever spoken with. The ignorance and laziness on the staff's part is truly astonishing.

The billing department asked me to send an email containing medical insurance cards, numbers, ect, as I use an insurance provider with open access (no contract needed, bill directly), and they informed me they would call to see what they provide. The entire ordeal was a waste of time, as they never had any intentions of calling the provider. If they didn't want to accept the insurance proivder they could have said so, but clearly wanted to give me the runaround, and tell lies the entire time.

Complete disrespect and attitude towards me, because the billing department was too ignorant to understand what my provider offered. Ignorance is acceptable, but complete disrespect is not.
