I really enjoyed the Yoga for Babies and Toddlers training. Megan was so knowledgeable and had such a gentle, encouraging way to her teaching. I learned so much and am excited to practice the material with the infants I work with. I loved that the manual contained so many extra resources (lists of books, etc.) to explore.

This training has so much invaluable information addressing every area of a baby and toddler's development. It provides the roadmap, resources and creative ideas on teaching a yoga to these age groups from the practical to the spiritual – especially important for anyone just starting out. The different training and ‘class’ videos’ bring it all to life, modeled by the instructor’s kind, nurturing and calm interactions with children and between parents/caregivers. The scale of poses, and adaptations, for a quiet infant to an older toddler’s bouncy energy is comprehensive and wonderfully explained and illustrated in the manual. I am grateful to include this program, along with several other CEC courses, as another excellent experience in my learning and growing in teaching yoga and young children.

This is an awesome workshop. I teach Adapted PE and this is extremely helpful. I love the Chair Yoga class. Eye yoga-I never would have thought to do anything like that.

The Yoga for Babies & Toddlers Teacher Training was so inspiring! I am so excited to get out and start teaching babies, toddlers and their caregivers the art of yoga. I think these classes should be available all over the world for caregivers of young children!

I absolutely love the 95 hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training! I appreciate how informative the manuals are, and how the recordings provide visual examples of what we are learning.
