From the first time I called Christian Coach Institute to find out about the coaching class, I felt immediately at home with the staff. Everyone was courteous, informative and kind. I made the decision to go forward with the class, and I have never regretted that decision. Our instructors were professional, knowledgeable, fair, and most of all, godly. They were very quick to pray for us, open every session with prayer, encouraged us along the way when we got discouraged, and really just became our champions in every way possible. It was due to their encouragement that I was able to obtain my CPLC so quickly and start my coaching practice. The cost of the class was very reasonable considering all the information obtained. Janice Lavore-Fletcher and the team at Christian Coach Institute provide the highest level of coach training for those who are serious about this dynamic field. The CCI program is intimate, relational and maintains a high level of accountability both "with" the student and "from" them.
After months, possibly a couple of years of researching available faith-based coaching schools CCI is, in my opinion, one of the best options available. I highly recommend CCI and am grateful for the investment Janice and her staff continue making to increase value into my life and practice.
