Working with Nic has made a huge difference. I feel much more positive and optimistic about the future due to the excellent advice and tools she has given me. I can handle setbacks more constructively, am more productive day-to-day and focus more on future plans rather than dwelling on the past.

I wasn't sure what to expect when we started and wondered if coaching would feel like being 'pushed' but not at all. I have felt guided and supported. Her approach is informal and she brings real kindness with perceptive observations. She's helped me get in touch with what really matters to me and crucially, she took it at a pace that worked for me. I initially booked ten sessions but intend to continue working with her.

Nic came in to host wellbeing sessions for our staff and came in over various shifts including a midnight shift. Nic is very engaging and easy to listen to. Her talks were full of common sense and handy hints and tips to lead a better life. We also hosted an introduction to Yoga session to give staff a taster session. I would highly recommend Nic as a great motivational speaker for your staff sessions. Nic can also host other sessions on various topics.
