Matthew is a rare gem, and I highly recommend him. I take dance lessons, and correct posture is crucial. If your body is locked in areas and cannot access certain positions, there’s only so much you can achieve. That’s where I was. Matthew has opened and improved areas in my jaw, neck, shoulders, and back, and relieved tension in my foot. In only 6 sessions, I’ve seen incredible improvement; I never expected such results. Matthew also takes time to really listen to you, and gives care to the smallest details in the room, like music and fragrance.
