Have had my hearing restored beautifully through surgery. Former President Ronald Reagan's ear doctor was Dr. John House. Comedian George Carlin's ear doctor was Dr. John House. I've had two surgeries to repair two different issues including a punctured ear drum. My greatly restored hearing has changed my life entirely. I couldn't rate this doctor any higher. If there were a hundred stars, I would rate him 100+ Ear physicians from all over the World come to the House Clinic to view surgeries performed by the World-renowned House Clinic. Justin Peterson's review could not possibly be Dr. John House, who always listens and is as patient as one could ever hope for.

If I could give him zero stars, I would. I am suffering from a severe head injury that I might very well being going deaf from and he acted like I wasn’t worth the time of his day. I had over six months worth of symptoms to discuss with him, a stack of paperwork to back it up from other doctors, and only he spent about 15 mins with me and rushed me out the door with a couple of pamphlets about various diagnoses. When I explained to him that have daily fluid build up in my ears he waved his hand, rolled his eyes and said “I don’t know anything about that”. I was polite and civil with him and his staff and I did not deserve to be treated that way. I wasted a day of my time and $300+ only to be blown off and not taken seriously. Pretty ironic considering there is a video of him on the PIH website talking about how “it’s important to listen to the patient“. We didn’t even end up discussing the full scope of my symptoms, which don’t even match the diagnosis. The guy in the video seems like a totally different person from the doctor I met. If you have anything more serious than an ear infection, do yourself a favor and find a more qualified physician. Stay away from this guy.
