Avoid this place if you value your time! Dr. Carr was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, my experience with his office has been terrible. On our first visit, the medical assistant gave my three year old son the incorrect back test! After we were there for 2 hours we were told that the incorrect test was administered, and they would now need to do the correct one! 2 back tests in a day on a 3 year old?! I should have known better but I gave them another chance.

Fast forward to today. It was my son’s 6 week follow up. I arrived on time for my son’s 3:15 appointment with both him and my seven-year-old. We waited in the waiting room for over an hour and then again in the exam room. We never even saw the doctor as I walked out at 4:50pm after telling the staff we had to leave. Mind you this was for a 5 minute follow up. Terrible office, terrible staff

We love Dr. Carr! We have brought our two kids to him with all sorts of rashes and reactions, and Dr. Carr's solutions have always worked. One time we were nervous that our son *might* have a certain condition (which was still not confirmed by the GI doctor), we asked Dr. Carr about this condition, and he patiently spent a LOT of time explaining this condition to us and what we had to look out for. I am so used to being rushed by doctors, but Dr. Carr did no such thing. We are fortunate to have Dr. Carr as our allergist and would highly recommend him to anyone!

I was referred to Dr. W. Carr by a friend. My child had been seeing a quack who called himself a doctor. From the very first appointment Dr. Carr made sure my daughter had been tested and for the correct items. He then said with all her allergies how is her asthma. I looked at him confused, the other guy we will call the quack NEVER tested her and always said she didn't have asthma. Dr. Carr had her tested immediately. She had such sever asthma that her lung capacity at the time was 50%. Over the course of a couple of years she is no longer taking a daily inhaler and is on the shot regimen. Lung capacity back up to 100%. Dr. Carr, cares and he listens. When we see him his entire attention is on you. He has an assistant take notes. His focus is on you!!!

I am a new patient of Dr. Carr's. I have been suffering from constant nasal dripping and stuffiness for at least three years and have been on four medications prescribed by my GP with no appreciable relief. One visit to Dr. Carr's office with a new prescription (and directions to omit three of the four I was using), and by the next day, all my nasal symptoms were gone. It can't get any better than that! He is also an easy doctor to talk with.

My 7 months old had a little rash on his face and I took him to Dr. Carr. After getting my son with 30 needles allergy testing I was told to get him certain food which I did on the same day but he had reaction immediately to the very food Dr. Carr gave me. What was the point of injecting my baby with 30 needles if that should happened after all! I took him to another Dr and he told me the allergy testing is not accurate for babies under 1 year old and we shouldn’t do that to a tiny baby. Then I received a large bill from Dr. Carr. I tried to reach out to talk to Dr. Carr to tell him about my experience and concerns but he never talked to me and just forced me to pay the bill which I did. I won’t recommend this Dr especially for people with babies.

Dr. Carr is incredibly unprofessional. I called over the weekend after having a severe reaction to an allergy shot and was directed to speak with him over the phone, as he was the doctor on call. It was 7:15 a.m. on a Sunday and the first thing he says to me is, "I am being woken up early on a Sunday, so this better be important." I was appalled . I reassured him it was important because I was in a lot of pain. I left the phone call in tears and felt that I was such an inconvenience although he was the one getting paid?! This doctor need to remember why he decided to pursue medicine or not work with patients at all. Absolutely classless.
