I was introduced to Eddy in June of this year. My main goals were weight loss, strength training, and heathy living. I was told about his incredible weight loss journey and I felt confident that Eddy was the right person to work with. I was right. In the last six months I have seen a pathway to the results that I’m looking for. Eddy has motivated me to increase the weight on each exercise from day one. I’m cooking daily to avoid calorie control and overeating. I have lost over twenty pounds. Overall I feel much better. As more mature man I feel more confident about how I look. Most of all I have a much healthier lifestyle than I did prior to six months ago. Thank you Eddy for helping me continue to achieve my goals!
