I can't recommend this place enough! I have been going to cryotherapy for years now. Took a year off, but boy am glad I'm back! Besides the people being extremely nice, the benefits of cryo are amazing. I have rheumatoid arthritis and go once a week but plan on moving up to the next plan so I can go twice. If you're someone who deals with chronic pain or fatigue this is a must! For all you runners out there, try this before races or for recuperation after. You will thank me and them for the relief and energy this gives you. A friend of mine went to heal a sprain he had been dealing with for weeks and the results he said were just what he needed! They have both a whole cryo machine and smaller machine for localizing and getting directly at major injuries. Although they do recommend doing both for these types of injuries. They also do cryo facials which are amazing. Besides helping with your skin, it did amazing for my sinus issues. If you're someone who has an auto immune disease this is a must to include in your overall wellness plan! The pricing is extremely reasonable for the results you get and they have multiple plan levels to meet everyone's need! Check it out, you'll love it.

My wife and I are traveling out of state, and wanted to get a cryo/normatec session in. Halo was amazing! They have great deals and the man who helped us Mike was so friendly and helpful! If we didn’t live out of state we’d absolutely be back again!

Good luck trying to enter the clinic. Even during open business hours, no one is there to answer calls or at the desk. Door locked and no sign to let you know if they’ll be back. Unreliable.

First off, I was welcomed very warmly when I first entered the Halo location! I actually visited both locations and got the same great warm welcome at both locations! So that tells me right there they actually care and practice great customer service! Now the treatment made me feel so great! I did the treatment on my arm, I was experience severe pain, and it felt amazing! I can't wait to go back! If you have thought about doing or trying this, don't be scared or nervous, it's amazing!!!!!

Very accommodating and friendly staff. I feel this therapy was crucial in my healing process. My only negative would be they do not carry Big Man size robes. I am not a one size fits all. So you end up walking around exposed. Little uncomfortable for me especially if the tech is a female. They have been very conscious of it and have tried very very hard to make me feel comfortable. But seriously corporate, athletes aren't the only people who could use your therapy. I've tried to get two friends to go, even offered to pay for their first visit, but the robes were the deal breaker. The only other thing is that you cannot tell if the store is open. No hours of operation posted that can be easily seen, dark windows and if you look in, the lights are all out except the hallway and back changing rooms. I sent another friend, he left because you looked closed, tried one more time, same thing. Now he's done. Love your product though.

If you can get in to this place it's nice and very clean, unfortunately, no one answers the phone, my last 8 calls at different times were not picked up, my voicemail wasn't returned and they have terrible hours. I would buy all sorts of memberships if they didn't close at 4pm on M&F and 2p on Sat & Sun. It's like they don't want money, oh well!

They are the nicest group of cryo-freezers in town!! I get cold easily and they are so good at passing the time for each session. I highly recommend the Edina location. The immediate effects are really good, especially after a workout session and when the body is feeling down and out! You have to try it
