The practitioners at Heartbeat Wellness are knowledgable, kind and compassionate. I have been going to Heartbeat since they opened for various support, treatment, yoga, classes and workshops!

Tai has helped me on multiple occasions with Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE's), lymph drainage, my Access BARS, sounds baths, and moving stuck energy in my body. She also uses micro-current frequencies with the Healy to support healing. I feel better emotionally and physically, and more grounded in my body after sessions with Tai.

Lauren is very knowledgeable on plant medicine. She has made multiple herbal tinctures to help support me and my emotional and physical growth over the years.

Trish is a massage therapist. She has helped me understand how emotions can get stuck in my body and cause aches and pains I don't understand. She also helps me identify and move out energy that is not mine.

Anna is an incredibly kind and compassionate counselor who has provided a safe space to help me to work through life's challenges and encourage my personal growth.

I would not be where I am on my journey today without the support and guidance from the beautiful people here. Because of their support I've been able to remember my gifts and awaken my perception!

Tai, the owner of Heartbeat Wellness Center has created a place for space to heal! Her vision of providing healing to all is a much needed service within a world filled of chaos. Tai is instinctively aware and has extensive training within the services she offers. She has a great team providing a diverse culture for healing!

I’ve been seeing Tai Jaques for a couple of years now. She has given me hope and has made a huge difference in my life. I see her monthly for brain and body work and detox. I’ve had neurological issues and brain fog after receiving the covid vaccine. After seeing Tai the brain fog is gone and the other issues are always better after a session with her. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with her. She will listen and advise you and treat what you need help with.
