Martha is a very caring and receptive person. During my first visit we worked together to create a goal that was individualized to my needs.

Martha is a great coach, counselor and hypnotherapist. I have had sessions with her on an as needed basis, when I need to work through life challenges. The last time was for some PTSD after 2 car accidents and the loss of my stepmom. She helped guide me and redirect me to be able to heal mentally/emotionally from both. She's the best!
