Hillary, the woman who picks up the phone and is in charge of welcoming new patients is the worst. I’ve been going back-and-forth for like about two months trying to get some documentation over to her which she claims she never gets. Also, she is very rude on the phone and very dismissive. You guys should find a new person to make new clients feel welcomed. It’s a shame that you guys are a business and people feel like they’re being turned away or dismissed.

I love this place. I consider myself a well versed man, but the amount of things Richina and her amazing staff have opened me up to is crazy. The facials, IV vitamin infusions & my favorite, the Hormone Therapy Replacement are what’s gonna keep me coming back. Everyone is well educated, courteous, patient, and make you feel comfortable in your most vulnerable moments. I truly appreciate being apart of the L’Elite Medispa family, and thank them for all that they do.

I’m not gonna lie, me coming to this place at first I was skeptical, but work with Taina hands down made my experience AMAZING!!

Her professionalism, attention to detail, being able to answer all of my questions and being patient with me has made my experience her one of the greatest experiences.

I got 8 lymphatic massages for my Brazilian Butt Lift and each time I came it I got premium services. I couldn’t be happier with my results.

Terrible customer service, I booked a lymphatic massage post surgery two weeks ago and when the day came they didn’t have my appointment on file. You’re supposed to start massages three days after surgery, now I have to wait another week for a massage. How can you book me for an appointment and then not have it on file? Absolute negligence towards post op care and emotionally frustrating for someone going through immense pain.
