Imagine laying in a warm comfy softly lit room, the sound of waves on a beach and soft instrumental music playing. This is the beginning of an essential oil restorative touch with Kate. Kate is amazing with how she communicates and conducts herself. She has a real passion for helping others with aroma therapy to get to your senses as well as helping each person with areas they share they could use help with, like financial counseling. We are so Blessed to have Kate, which is a real true compassionate person, in our area. She cares for everyone's wellbeing and shares healthy ways to eat and her experiences with gardening. She's always trying to build a healthy community by always reaching out to others to start different classes to build our confidence and that there are so many ways to utilize whats around us and in our community to help us grow.
