If anyone is need of personal life coaching, Stacey is the person for you. Just to catch up: A year ago I was going through a very difficult time. If it weren't for the Stacey, I know I would never be at the place I'm at now. Sure, there are still problems I face, but she was able to get to the 'depth" of why I respond the way I do (did). I finally understood the 'why' (childhood experiences) and that gave me a reason to change things. I was able to learn coping skills. My responses are so different to what they were a year ago. I feel I have much more control over my emotions, and if I start to spiral, I remember points she shared to get myself grounded again. Her coaching has really helped me become a better stronger person. Thanks Stacey, you are the best!
