Very disappointed in the staffing and treatment me and several of my friends had at the facility. Had an incident happen recently at the pool during open swim and went to file a complaint, then proceeded to get lied to from the front desk staff about how to make a report. Will not be going back, and would not recommend anyone to visit.
Facility is beautiful, but it doesn’t mask the joke of a front desk and life guard staffing they have.

Please don’t ever come to this place. The employees are rude and disrespectful towards consumers. We were discriminated by the lifeguard. The wrong question were asked and when we tried to ask for a manager or someone we can complain to so this doesn’t happen again. We were lied to and told to call tomorrow (we were only in town for 2 days) we were lied to about the employees knowing each other. No one tried to help us or get us answer. This is really disappointing and disgusting behavior. I felt unsafe as a Mexican military women.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not the zero I felt like giving is because of the friendly faces and greets shared by great employees working front desk. One of the reasons I felt like giving a zero is due to the lack of maintenance and what seems to be nonexistent preventative maintenance that continuously goes on. The main issue for me and so many I've listened to is the saunas. Unfortunately for me, it's the main reason I go there and apparently waste my families very hard earned money. This has been an ongoing issue since they opened the new facility. The old facility didn't have these issues nor have other facilities I've worked out in. If the prairie lakes wellness team truly cares about resolving these issues, start asking some of your customers advice because your maintenance and management team not only isn't getting it done but seems to be giving zero effort. This is the first bad review I've ever given
so I want to end on positive and state again how friendly the front staff are there but they seem to not be involved in discussions regarding equipment being down, issues that caused down time, or estimated time to fix. Hope this helps as this is getting worse with time!!!

Lots of tiny kids climbing all over the hottub entry-stairs blocking access and generally treating it like a kiddie pool, but my older kids are just relaxing in the corner of it....then my kids get kicked out of the hottub because I'm not in the hottub with them? I'm three feet away from them supervising them per your posted rule about child supervision. If you're going to make up rules on the spot, maybe post them next time. Ridiculous.

My husband called this morning to make sure the pool was open. He was told it was open ALL DAY! My two year and I drove over an hour to get there to find out the pools closed.

The only large Wellness center in Watertown. Hosts Gym, Walking area, Swimming pools, Basket ball courts, Pickle ball and volley ball courts, Steam rooms, whirlpool and saunas. It is the only place to have your activity in the town.

Great staff, great facility, great classes, overall great place. There typically are pretty full, but they do a great job at keeping everything in great condition and typically have anything you want to use open. This is one of the only places around that you will find a large, group style, sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool, gymnasium, and huge exercise area with free weights and machines. Worth the membership for sure.
