Had the best evening session at Rehub. Chris was so kind and took his time showing us around and explaining the functionalities of all of the equipment. Highly recommend the red light bed, super relaxing. Also loved the sauna and cold plunge. 10/10 - will be back!

It was such an amazing experience where I felt looked after while learning and experiencing the benefits of the combination of heat therapy in the sauna and cold the plunge pool. Dean made session great explaining ways to manage the cold depending on my body’s needs. There are so many more machines to improve your health that I’d like to try next.

There’s a lot of places offering sauna and ice bath but nothing that matches the all-rounder services of REHUB. I came here first when I was training for my first half marathon and I ended up with a tear in my calf muscle 10 days before race day . Chris got me in the oxygen chamber, infrared bed and cryo machine 3x- and I was able to run that baby in a time I’ve not been able to match. REHub absolutely saved me! I love that it’s self service because you can go through all the programs and feel pretty meditative in the process- but at the same time - if you can get the knowledge and wisdom of Chris or Dean, they are athletes who can help you understand how to train and recover to get the most out of your body. Plus whenever I try to chicken out on the cryo machine, someone is always there to motivate me to last. If you’re an athlete (or an aspiring athlete like me) this is the ONLY place that will be good enough for you.
I’m so addicted to the feeling ReHub gives me of leaving refocused, relaxed and my body has regenerated energy. Now we’re all getting into the bio-hacking and this place has everything to help reverse the signs of aging and promote longevity. If I could give more stars I would! 110% recommend
