Sleeper-Couch im Zimmer war ein Alotraum. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Ich empfehle Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk, dass einem zumindest niemand "auf den Kopf trampelt, die AC ist schon laut genug.

Forever grateful to the Residence Inn in downtown Burbank. We had to leave our home for a few days due to the wildfires here in the LA area. We were welcomed to the Residence Inn with a sparkling clean room, friendly staff and a hot breakfast every morning. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and ample living room area. Our stay here made a very challenging time just a little bit easier. Very impressed and would absolutely stay here again.

We needed a property with a full kitchen and this Residence Inn provided just that.||The location was very convenient for our itenerary. Check in was fast and efficient, with acknowledgement of our Bonvoy status. The room and kitchen area were spotless without the spray cleaner odor. ||The reception staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the immediate area and got the paperwork out of the way without issue. Parking in the building was, at least in my opinion, safe, convenient and worth the extra charge.||Breakfast was above average with a wide selection of the usual buffet items, served hot and cold as needed and refreshed often.||Parking in the garage was safe, convenient and worth the extra charge, at least in my opinion.||Overall, a five star grade for presenting what we needed, in a hospitality package. Given my needs, if I was in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this property.

Had a four-night stay at the place. The rooms are a bit rundown. The shower temperature control was challenging. It is a great location for visiting Hollywood and Universal. Overall, an average stay.

Residence Inn does a good breakfast spread. We stayed 2 nights but it was different each morning. Parking cost seems high for the area. I mean, I know it's LA but felt like it could have been less.

Overheard a guest whose room faced freeway say it was loud at night. We faced a different direction and heard no traffic. But proximity to freeway means easy to get to. In walking distance to some restaurants and public transit easy to access from location. Near shopping as well.

My mom said sofa bed not comfortable and almost came to get in bed with me for rest of her sleep. Room super spacious. Lack of towel racks especially by sink. Freezer's ice maker seemed inconsistent.

Didn't have a chance to check out outdoor pool. But there is one.

Overall we enjoyed the hotel for our 2 night stay and wouldn't have an issue with returning.

Could have given 5 stars, rooms were nice, had a nice welcome by a late night front desk staff but during the day, the guy in the front desk called Jorge was arrogant, seems like he does not want to be working there, and does not know what "running route" means when we asked him if he knew of any nearby the hotel. He probably needs to do some exercise himself to lighten up that attitude that is ruining the hotel image.

Easy access to I-5. Located near restaurants. Clean. Would have given Five Stars ... except there was a separate $1 "tourism charge" made to my account. Odd that this charge was not posted anywhere on my billing statement ... and was a separate charge from other expenses.

Cleaning could have been way better: dirty mirror, booger in the window that I clean myself, bathroom sink plugged. Place looks old, needs to be refresh. Front desk service is weird. Hotel engineer is arrogant.
Left the Residence for the Springill just next door. Totally different and better place
