I wish I could give a 10 star rating for my experience!! From the moment I stepped foot into Saffron & Sage I felt a calm energy wash over me. I was greeted warmly by Cristin the owner and was immediately offered tea (their own special blend) or water. She sat with me while I waited for my treatments and took time to check in with how I was feeling. Both treatments (acupuncture and Breathwork) were absolutely amazing! The release I felt during the sessions stuck with me for the next 24 hours. I seriously slept so good! I highly recommend Saffron & Sage to anyone looking for a holistic healing experience tailored specifically to your individual needs. I had a massage with Diana, and it was an amazing experience—she's incredibly talented and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. I also received acupuncture from Dr. Mahshid for my allergies, which were flaring up. She was thorough and effective, and I felt a significant improvement afterward. If you’re looking for a great healing center, this is it! I highly recommend both of them for their professionalism and skill. You'll be in great hands with either of them.

From the moment you walk in the door to the end of your appointment is a transformative experience. Every single professional that I have worked with at Saffron and Sage has been absolutely incredible. They genuinely care about your health/well being journey and are very invested in finding the best path forward for you that fits your specific needs. They will refer you as needed internally to make sure you get all the possible treatments to help you get through whatever you are struggling with. I first came for some crippling anxiety that I had been holding onto and after working with amazing doctors and trying multiple modalities - somatic coaching, breathwork, acupuncture - I am feeling so much better in just a few weeks. We brought in a group of 12 males who struggle to let go of their phones for 5 minutes, let alone an hour for a breathe work class but the S&S team were amazing from start to finish. Kimberley planned everything for us in a most professional way. She greeted us, chatted with our group and then handed us over to our Instructor. The class was paced beautifully and the explanation was in language we could understand. I would highly recommend this experience for any corporate group looking to slow down and work yourselves.

A truly amazing experience. I pulled my back lifting weights and sought a massage treatment at Saffron & Sage, based on the recommendation of a friend. I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service and the well appointed treatment room, along with the delicious anti-inflammatory tea I was offered. I had a two hour treatment with Ben, who did a spectacular job in both releasing and massaging away the pain. I walked away feeling significantly better and more mobile, and this is coming from the perspective of a pretty muscular, experienced weight lifter. S&S can really help any demographic. I will definitely return and recommend 100%.
