Our stay at Sheraton Grand palace Indore was truly exceptional! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. A special shout-out to Mr.Dash (Executive Manager) at the S Cafe restaurant who provided outstanding service and made our dining experience truly memorable. The name should be the grand sewerage...the elevators and gallery smell of sewage.. they are unable to fix it. The pool had pigeon poop and feathers..The staff tries to give good service but really when u start with the sewage smell there is no salvation. They quote coupons for the mall.. which aren't then made available ...which u can get after u raise a hue and cry.. but surprise the mall does not accept them. Better to stay away.

This hotel is unsuitable for business travel. While the rooms are adequate, the restaurant is subpar and lacks non-vegetarian options. Although the welcome was pleasant, the property primarily caters to events such as weddings.

We went for Buffet dinning at their Scafe restaurant and had a very nice experience. Staff service was good but I think when footfalls increases it feels the staff head count falls short. Menu is well curated and balanced. You may not like everything in the options available bcos they had tried to make it more inclusive for each type of taste buds. So just enjoy what you like and there are many, in fact. Price wise, as one can expect, it is on higher side but you can get discounts if you have Marriot Bonwoy membership or Easydinner membership. Property is well managed with lots of parking space with vallet parking available. Interior is nice and gives you feel of roman architecture
