I had a truly transformative experience at my first visit to Spinal Perceptions. Dr. Giles reminded me how important self-care truly is. I've been living with too much pain and experiencing isolation. As soon as she applied pressure on my back I felt nurtured and reminded of the value of touch. I'll be honest, I cried.

Allowing myself to be loved upon is so important as a mother of 3, soon to be 4! I've been so worried about the news that my baby is breech and was referred to Dr. Giles to attempt the Webster Technique and omg, when I went to sleep that night I felt baby moving around A LOT! So I am hopeful he is getting into the correct position for birth. I will continue care through the birth and postpartum! 10/10 highly recommend!!

As a midwife, I LOVE sending all my patients to Dr Giles! She has helped my patients have smoother pregnancies, births, and postpartum experiences. I went in for myself recently, and loved my experience. I can’t wait to bring my whole family back. If you’re a veteran, your insecure may cover cost as well. Insurance or not, this is well worth self pay. I felt comfortable, and loved to see women like me there - because representation matters. I got an assessment, X-ray, adjustment and more in one visit. The establishment is clean, beautiful, and secure as you have to get buzzed in. I’ll always send my home birth patients to Dr Giles and will continue to see her myself for my overall well being, as well as my partner and our children. I don't even know where to begin. I am so thankful for the referral from my primary chiropractor to Dr. Giles during my pregnancy. I suffered a stroke at 22 weeks pregnant that left me impaired on the left side of my body. I couldn't walk for 3 months. I'd been in therapy for a couple of months but nothing compared to the detailed care and attention that Doc and her team provided to me and my unborn baby. From the time I entered into the office with my oldest son we were reassured we were in the right place at the right time and they were confident they could help me in my condition. The massage from Ms.Love to the thorough adjustment from Dr. Giles had me crying because it was the first time in months that I had relief from all of the constant pain I'd been in. When I left my first visit it was around Mother's Day and I felt different. When I got home that evening I felt like I could tale some steps without my walker. I called my oldest son to the room and walked from my bathroom to my room door for the first time in months. My son said "Mom I love the new chiropractor when are you going back?" If an 8 yr old could see how amazing Doc and her team is then you should too. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. She cared from me up to my delivery and during my postpartum process. I'm so thankful for all of the beautiful ladies in the office and highly recommend their services to all who need it. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This office has such kind women working here. Truly an inviting space. Not to mention Dr. Giles's magical hands that have made pregnancy go by so much smoother and with almost no discomfort. Once I began to take my little children they always ask when they can go back. It’s their favorite appointment to go to. 10/10 recommend especially when pregnant.

What an amazing experience my baby and I had!! Firstly, I accidentally showed up on the wrong day, however, since I drove so far, they were somehow able to squeeze seeing my baby and I. Then I had billing issues, and everyone was so patient and kind, while waiting for me to activate my HSA card. From the receptionist, to the wonderful medical assistant, to the doctor, A1 service! They make you feel like family. They have great customer service here, and the doctor really knows her stuff! She’s friendly, humorous, and wise! Highly highly recommend. It’s about a 50 minute drive from where I live and I will make that drive to continue to get seen by this doctor.
