I came to St. Louis Wellness Center looking to use the infrared sauna to support my body through detoxing, inflammation, and with my autoimmune disorder. The sauna is new, clean, and offers an array of healing light therapy to pair with your session. The environment is clean and inviting and I look forward to my session every week! It has helped my body and my health so much already and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff is also very knowledgeable if you have questions, always a plus! Give it a try and don’t forget to bring water! 🙂

St. Louis Wellness Center is a local gem for anyone wanting to invest in a healthier self! You’ll find a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a plethora of evidence based healing modalities to explore. I have particularly enjoyed their new far infared sauna. It is a wonderful way to detox, boost the immune system, and get some much needed alone time! I also had my first acupuncture treatment tonight and it was phenomenal. Five stars for everything I’ve tried at St. Louis Wellness Center.

The Wellness Center offers so many wonderful and unique services to help with growth for your mind, body and spirit. So far ... I 've been amazed with the past-life regression with Michelle Rubin. It was fascinating and challenged my thinking in ways I didn't expect. I also appreciate the sauna with the chromotherapy experience. I liked it so much I bought a 10-pack. There are still other services I am eager to try.

A friend referred me to St. Louis Wellness Center for their sauna services, and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and the facility is clean and comfortable. Before I left after my first visit I set up several more sessions and I continue to be pleased with the service.

The Sauna and The WBV (whole body Vibration)
First, let me say if you have back pain the WBV is a great way to loosen the muscles. I did 20/20. 20 sauna 20 wbv and loved them both. You are in a single room with both the sauna and the vibration machine, it makes it comfortable and private. Please do be aware of the time as they are usually booked and you need to get dressed and out pretty quickly for them to stay on schedule

The sauna was so comfortable, it had a lounging back piece that no other sauna I have been to has had.

I can't wait to go back.

The Infrared sauna at the center is wonderful. It doesn’t over power you like a dry or steam sauna. The rates are very reasonable and periodically they have great specials. I highly recommend you try it. You will not be disappointed.
