The retreat I attended at Triessence was time well spent on self-care. It’s hard for me to take a step back and fully focus on myself when I’m in my own space, doing the day to day. While there, I enjoyed the different cozy spaces, the company of the animals, and the carefully crafted and thoughtful sessions Tessa put together.
