Highly recommend!!!! I’ve been seeing Katy for high dose Vitamin C for almost a year now. I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in 2022 and as part of my integrative protocol I receive 75g of VitC every week to keep my immune system strong. My first appointment was with the Hocatt. Wow. It’s very relaxing and I could feel the healing as it targeted each compromised place on my body. It was undeniably profound and I felt great afterward.
My second appointment was with the Flowpresso. The level of relaxation is so extraordinary that I feel like I almost had an out of body experience.

Thriving Springs Wellness is incredible. When you walk into their business, you immediately can tell it's a space for restoration and healing. They even have a live plant wall... WHAT.

Then the services themselves are immersive. Ozone sauna, lymphatic drainage, infrared sauna, red light therapy, cryo therapy, IV therapy, they have EVERYTHING & MORE to detox, and heal your body from the plethora of toxins we fight on a daily basis.

On top of it all, the staff and customer service is top notch. Katy is an encyclopedia of knowledge, and Tyler ensures the whole clinic runs seamlessly. I couldn't recommend them more!

The infrared sauna felt so good!!

Katy knows how to do a good draw and IV. Over the last several years, no one has been able to draw blood properly on the second or third poke. Katy gets it done in 1 try!!

The CO2 Cryo is intense!! Short bursts of intense cold.
