In October 2023 I started going to massage therapy with Lisa at the Danville location. She has been fabulous in helping me to heal from stress trauma that affected me mentally and physically. She was so fantastic that in April 2024 I moved my health & wellness services to Two Roads. I would not hesitate to use the mental health services offered there as well if I was in need of them. Wonderful place!

I had a terrible experience a few years back at Two Roads Wellness Clinic. One of their counselors (Becky Newcomer) was scheduled to call me to do an initial assessment of what I needed services for prior to me coming into the office for my session. I had been there a year or so prior and had seen her once for a different reason. She was going to go over my file and then call for that initial appointment. She called me from her car, with no way to take notes as she drove and had not reviewed my file nor remembered who I was. She put me on hold once for quite a while and when she came back she apologized but she was somewhere picking up an order for something needed for her family's pumpkin farm. She had called ME during this scheduled phone call, it's not like I had interrupted her during personal time.

I decided to give her another chance thinking that was a one-time thing. I scheduled and saw her at the office but spent the entire time listening to her tell me about a training session she attended recently where she learned a new skill called "tapping." I barely said anything as she kept going on and on and on about how great her training session was. I didn't schedule a return appointment. I received a bill for that initial phone call and the one office visit and paid it.

I ended up sending a complaint letter to the office about how terrible the experience was. They called me back and apologized and offered a free session with a different counselor. I scheduled it. Something had come up and I had to reschedule. When I called to do so the receptionist was very busy and said she'd call me back. I never heard from them again.

I would not recommend Two Roads Wellness to anyone. Ever.

A few very great people here, but overall very messy and unprofessional place to be employed with. Hopefully policies will change and their staff receive adequate training before bringing even more staff on board without the ability to provide clientele. Most people cannot wait around/keep open 10/20 hours per week without ANY sort of compensation, due to lack of clientele. Thank you to the few staff who were kind within this process. Dustin is an amazing INDIVIDUAL, otherwise not a great experience.

Two Roads Wellness Clinic has the best services. They care about YOU and what is the best way to take care of you! Everyone is friendly there. Becky, Marie, Jane and Sasha are truly wonderful and have your best interest in mind. They are not a typical medical office. I highly recommend them!

I was only here for telehealth during the pandemic, and I only had a couple of sessions overall because I realized later that my insurance didn't cover the Champaign or Danville offices, but I feel like I got a lot out of those few sessions. Jenn Aardsma is a great therapist and person to talk to.

After being diagnosed and medicated I couldn’t get in touch with anyone regarding my questions on my medications only to find out my psychiatrist had been let go and I had been forgotten do not recommend

Lots of means to get you calm, recovered and well and to keep you that way
