Never receive most of my mail at all, and when I made a complaint (2wice) I was spoken to very rudely and told that I had to purchase a P.O Box for more than $100+ to get my mail on time or to assure that I even get it at all! wait.... so my constitutional right to have the access to safe mail delivery by a government employee which I pay taxes in America for, is just being snatched from under me like a Persian rug and now I have to pay clear out of my pocket, money that I don't have due to suffering constant losses, and I'm disabled as well. Can you say "AUDIT immediately. They have been getting away with robbing us here in this urban community for at least the last 10 year! And it's baffling that No corporate actions have been taken toward these employees thus far. And I know they are aware of the atrocities that are going on over here.if tampering with federal government property by federal employees must not be a crime for them. Only innocent civilians suffering devastating losses. And I know fo a fact that it's surely due to the urban environment, why nothing is being done thus far. I mean really 10 + years plenty of review average been posted to raised red flags on this postal location. I feel we the people are being discriminated against clearly! Time to draw 1st blood and file civil legalities against USPS and all involved in turning the blind eyes and deaf ears to our cries of injustice that is causing hardships all throughout this whole Vermont Knolls neighborhood

My mother and I went to this post office, I usually go there to buy stamps or mail letters without any problems. Today my mother and I went there to mail a television to my auntie who is in need of one. Instead of them assisting us with this, a young black woman with a ponytail immediately turned us away and said the box we had is too big without even examining it, weighing or measuring the television. I even went to ask an Asian worker that was in there and she turned us away also. We are so disappointed because this post office is the closest to our home. Instead of them assisting the people of the community they are rudely turning people away!

Atención al cliente es horrible! El personal no tiene ganas de trabajar, sienten que te hacen un favor!!! Tuve que venir tres veces solo por el pasaporte, las tres con cita pero ni así te atienden!!! Ojalá Trump los despida a todos…

an hour to deliver a package is absurd if you want to get stressed go to that place also the people who were working serve you well pedantic and very racist I don't understand in these times how they can allow people to work like that

They lost two of my priority mail packages. They are not scanning the mail as departed once it leaves their facility like other post offices do. I have no way of knowing where my packages went. All it shows is that it's in their possession but it's no movement after that. And when I asked they say that it has left their facility. However, the scans do not support that. Do yourself a favor and go to another post office who is going to take the time to make sure your mail doesn't get lost.

I went in to fill out a passport form all staff were rude to none English speaking Hispanics. One of the employees said
“You guys already know I don’t help these wetbacks”
They were only polite to other black people
I waited on the passport window for 20 minutes and they just laughed and kept passing by ignoring me and my mom when I went to a different window the lady had an attitude for no reason I guess cause I’m Hispanic

I hope something is done about this because it’s ridiculous just because we live in the ghetto doesn’t mean we have to act like it

Reviews are super accurate. The worst experience time and time again. Whenever something is held there for pickup, they never find it until they can see I'm refusing to leave until they look again/call the customer support line right in front of them and then without fail, it's found after the third time of telling them to check again because that's where it's supposed to be. Phone is never answered despite being part of the GOVERNMENT unless expedited by the customer service agents on said support line. Truly needs an entire overhaul.

no matter how respectful and nice a person tries to be with any of the people behind the windows in the place. I've never seen or heard a proper response or a kind word from an employee to a patron..and the guy selling stuff outside, worse, that guy has major anger issues and it seems like he needs to take another hit of something, real quick, bcz he always seems to be coming way down..(just saying) if you've been there, you know what I mean..
