We started seeing Dr. Lydia for my son's tongue tie and some general tightness in his body when he was about 5 weeks old. Since we started going Dr. Lydia has helped us through tongue tie revision recovery, significantly reduced tightness in his body, and helped him be a happy, mobile baby! Not only is Dr. Lydia a great resource and highly knowledgeable, she is kind and genuinely cares about the people she works with. We love Dr. Lydia and Vaida Wellness! We first found Dr. Lydia when we were told that our 3 month old would most likely need to get a helmet to correct his head shape. At the time, we didn't even know that babies could go to the chiropractor! We absolutely loved our first visit (as did our son who giggled the whole way through) and after only a matter of weeks, our pediatrician was no longer concerned about our son's head shape! I also saw Dr. Lydia throughout my second pregnancy which made such a difference compared to my first. She helped us with both of our son's tongue tie revisions and has been such an incredible resource for all sorts of baby questions!! We can't say enough great things about her!
