I've never felt more understood and supported than during my sessions with Valerie. She has such an ability for creating a space of empathy and understanding that I felt like I could truly open up. Valerie's ability to listen and respond with empathy and clarity make her an outstanding coach. She works in a systematic way (so you always know what's expected) with lots of room for discussion and reflection. Valerie’s coaching has been a great experience for me. Valerie is an incredible life coach. No matter what my conflict may be, Valerie is able to talk through it with me in a way that enables me to address it in a meaningful and manageable way, which is something I could not do on my own. I've hired many coaches, and Valerie is among one of the best I've been with. In fact, I worked with Valerie in a 1-1 capacity for about a year, and then joined a cohort for about two years, and those spaces got me through some of the most difficult moments of being in business. I've owned businesses my whole adult life (17 years now), and when I decided to become a mom, I knew I'd need someone who really got what it's like to be building my empire AND raising my children. Valerie is an incredible sounding board and has so many tools in her toolbox. She helped me with things from creating flow in my website, to coaching my team (she even did a new year's workshop for my team a couple years ago), to validating and helping me process my frustration and rage when things didn't work out as planned.
