Vibeke came into my life almost 6 years ago. I know her personally but I have also had the chance to do several coaching sessions with her.
My life has changed so much since I met her.  Through our discussions, my cartesian mind began to open up to spirituality and the possibility that there is something greater than us in the universe.
More concretely, since we met, I have released 18 pounds putting me at my ideal weight.  I have started exercising again and I have found the energy and passion in life to do the things that really drive me.
We worked on many blockages that had prevented me from living my life to the fullest, starting with my lack of self-esteem. For example, I was terrified of driving and I overcame this phobia thanks to our sessions. I gained in autonomy, and I found the courage to resume studies in a new line of work.
