Will was fantastic! I called so many tow/roadside services and no one would help me except Will at W Towing. He showed up promptly and helped jumpstart both my vehicles and even taught me how to do it myself in the future. I had a great experience using W Towing yesterday when my dad needed his truck towed that broke down on the freeway near Century City. He was able to exit the freeway and parked it on the street. I called the company and asked for a quote which their price was reasonable. After I got the address of where my dad parked his truck, I give that information over to the person on the phone and they said the tow truck driver would call me back. I got a call about 5 minutes later and he said that he's 35 minutes away. It took him about an hour to drop off the truck to my house which was about 27 miles away during rush hour. I believe the driver name was Jose and he was very friendly. He parked the truck where I asked him to and sent me the invoice to my email address. He also told me what could be the issue with the truck after hearing what my dad told him about the truck. I paid with cash but I think they take credit card too.

I just wanted to tell you here it is Saturday. In my car came out of the shop and there was a huge problem. They handled it with precision and care. It was like their own Porsche. I highly recommend them. Trust me if I would’ve waited longer you never know nowadays. I can’t believe they dropped everything and came out.
