I would give them negative stars if I could.

They use deceptive schemes to confuse customers. For example, they offer a 'one month free' deal if you refer a friend, but this only extends your contract, meaning you ultimately get nothing.

Another tactic is their 'price match' offer, which ends up making the price unfair for most clients. A friend of mine pays half of what I pay simply because he claimed he used to pay less at a different gym.

The worst part is when I tried to cancel my membership, they continued to take money from my account even after I had canceled."

This is the unmanaged gym i have ever seen in my entire life specially the account team. They are charging people more than the membership cost and when we said them they said we have no any refund policy which they do to everyone. I got charged $47.78 for one week which was supposed to be $15.98 and one of my friend got charged $150 for one week and when we went to talk to the accounts they said we have no refund policy.

I never recommend anyone to join this gym.

Good gym, great equipment and cool layout. Plenty of cool machines and like the powerlifting area too. Great if you want to get strong and jacked

This place is enormous! 4 levels
Level 1 heavy weights
Level 2 upper body
Level 3 lower body and group classes
Level 4 dance, yoga etc.
Incredible amount of money has been pumped into it.
Trained today at 4:30am and there was only two other people inside. Really well equipped gym with plenty of space. From what I saw regarding the membership plans they are also cheaper than a lot of the gyms in Sydney as well.

If you live around Hurstville and can go to the wellness department in quiet time, it would be a great pleasure for you to spend 1-2 hours doing exercise here. And I decided to start to learn how to use the gym equipment and do my muscle training, so I chose my coach Nico. After practicing with her almost 2 months once a week, I felt much more confident when I walked into GYM. She is so nice and responsible coach. 😘

Beware of potential scammers who take money from account 10 times more than the membership costs . Actually my membership cost is $15.90 per week but the gym charges $150 which is 10 times more than the actual fees. When we speak to the representative they said we don’t have any refund policy which doesn’t make any sense. Apart from this they didn’t even response my email. I have attached the screenshot of my direct debit.
