I worked with Alison last year after realizing some patterns kept replaying in my life and that those patterns were related to some experiences I'd had that I'd never processed and were still stuck in my body. She displayed very compassionate professionalism and helped me release some of those blockages that I had along with providing guidance for good self-care after our sessions.
