Your siesta is NOT your average massage establishment!! Its so warm and gives off a peaceful, tranquil environment. Aromatherapy, steamed towels, hot stones and cupping are apart of your regular massage. You can get service combination of massage, reiki and acupuncture. I’ve gotten body work from all of the therapists and they all are highly trained, professional and deliver outstanding care that is restores your body mind and soul upon leaving! Also check of the Retail shop, the quality and selection of crystals are mind blowing!

Your Siesta is an extraordinary place. I've been coming for years, and each person in Jen's team brings a unique style and dedication to their craft. Simply walking downstairs into the cozy treatment areas I begin to relax and it only gets better from there! I have received massage/reiki from Jen, Monet and Ameera as well acupuncture from Lizette. Each one cares deeply about practicing at a high level and making sure they are doing everything possible to help me combat the chronic stress of daily life. I feel incredibly lucky to know and benefit from this amazing team and always leave recharged and excited to return.

Ameera was amazing and listened to my needs. I had a wonderful pregnancy massage that helped with my aches and pains that come with pregnancy and now postpartum! They are professional and listen to your concerns. The building is cute and very relaxing in the message rooms! Can’t wait to come back!

I had Reiki done for the first time with Ameera. She is so easy to connect with and made me feel comfortable right away. She explained the process, asked questions and was super professional in every way. Aside from that, she has a true talent for reading energy. Stephen is a great massage therapist. He never disappoints. He listens to what your needs are, remembers what aromatherapy scent you want for your massage, remembers what areas need to be worked on; the little things. Definitely recommend seeing him and this establishment if you want to relax and practice self-care. The staff is always friendly too.

No matter what your body or spirit needs you’ll find it at Your Siesta. Stepping into any one of the treatment rooms is a tranquil experience. I feel myself immediately relax upon arrival. Each therapist has their own talents and specializations. From cupping, to craniosacral and of course deep tissue work. The acupuncture treatments are the best private session acupuncture I have had and I’ve been doing acupuncture for over 10 years. The value at Your Siesta is incredible, too many extras to name that are already included in the cost of each service.

This establishment is really chill and it gives big cozy vibes. The staff is super friendly and hospitable; Knowledgeable in their craft and talented. From their different medicinal practices such as Reiki and cupping therapy to their rather esoteric work with oracle card readings and their crystal selection to choose from. You can’t go wrong with any service. You will come in on low battery and leave energetically recharged. Loved my experience. Thank you Lauren!
